DLR Projects offer Pre-Construction, Construction and Project Management services.
Pre-Construction - The process to get a project started, designed, approved and ready for construction takes as long as the build itself. We offer pre - construction services that provide assistance navigating all the work before any soil is turned. This includes giving advice on gaining town planning, building permit and other approvals. We can help link you with other consultants required in the process. This includes architects, building surveyors, structural and services engineers, quantity surveyors, soil engineers and other specialist consultants.
Construction - This service covers the traditional lump sum method of engaging a contractor through the tender process. However we also offer procurement methods that we can further discuss that include a negotiated approach. This enables us to be involved early in the stages of design and approvals. We believe this gives you good value and more certainty early in regard scope and budget.
Project Management - Further to the construction services, we also offer Project Management of small and medium sized projects.
